Project managed by TW Construction, this twelve unit two-storey residential development was provided for social housing group, Kāinga Ora. Consisting of two four-bedroom, two three-bedroom, and eight two-bedroom units.
One of two recent developments completed by TW in Barker Road, our team managed all phases of the project, from the foundations work of our civil and concrete teams to the finishing details of TW Painting. A short walk to Napier CBD, Bennet Road is perfectly positioned for families.
