He works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure traffic management is properly considered from the outset and integrated into project delivery. With a strong background in civil infrastructure, Ian remains actively involved across key projects, supporting early decision making, risk identification, and alignment between traffic management and construction activities. His focus is on delivering safe, reliable outcomes and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

With a strong operational background, Charles focuses on clear planning, risk awareness, and maintaining safe, efficient traffic environments throughout all stages of work.

Working closely with the Implementation Lead and delivery teams, Madison helps ensure information flows efficiently and that traffic management requirements are processed accurately and on time, supporting smooth project delivery across all sites.
