Ian provides overall leadership and direction for TW Traffic Management as part of the wider TW Civil & Infrastructure business. He works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure traffic management is properly considered from the outset and integrated into project delivery.
With a strong background in civil infrastructure, Ian remains actively involved across key projects, supporting early decision making, risk identification, and alignment between traffic management and construction activities. His focus is on delivering safe, reliable outcomes and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
