Ian provides overall leadership and direction for TW Traffic Management as part of the wider TW Civil & Infrastructure business. He works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure traffic management is properly considered from the outset and integrated into project delivery. With a strong background in civil infrastructure, Ian remains actively involved across key projects, supporting early decision making, risk identification, and alignment between traffic management and construction activities. His focus is on delivering safe, reliable outcomes and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Charles provides technical leadership for traffic management across TW Traffic, leading the implementation of NZGTTM and embedding consistent, compliant practices across all projects. He works directly with delivery teams to plan and review traffic management setups, ensuring they are practical, site-specific, and aligned with current standards. With a strong operational background, Charles focuses on clear planning, risk awareness, and maintaining safe, efficient traffic environments throughout all stages of work.

Madison provides administration support for TW Traffic Management, assisting with coordination, communications, and day-to-day processes that support project delivery. She is a key point of contact towards site teams, helping manage enquiries, documentation, and traffic management planning requests. Working closely with the Implementation Lead and delivery teams, Madison helps ensure information flows efficiently and that traffic management requirements are processed accurately and on time, supporting smooth project delivery across all sites.
